VSM 8.0: Setting a group so IPKs do not escalate.

New to Service Manager. We are upgrading to 9.0 and prior to go live need to create a test group that has tickets, calls or requests that do not escalate. Is there a method to set escalation or non-escalation at the group level? Have not seen anything that addresses this topic.

 

We would like to set up, test and implement this process by 8/27/2012.
