[C#] VIM API, get specific SAN from performance counter info on VirtualMachine

I'm getting the counters 128/129 (disk read/write requests).  It's returning a metricID of the following (for example):

counterID: 129
instance: "naa.6090a078d05dd0fdc7ca642c392de9f1"

My question is, how do you tie that instance ID back to the actual SAN?
